The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services reported three new positive COVID-19 cases in their Friday update. That makes the total positive case count in the state 377. All three cases are out of Anchorage.
The total number of recovered patients, as of Thursday’s update, stands at 305, an increase of 14 from yesterday.
The number of active cases in the state is 62. The active case-count has not been at 100 or higher since April 20.
The total number of tests conducted in the state thus far is 25,473.
These cases are reported using the state’s timetable of reporting counts: 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on May 7.
