A minor earthquake struck the Kenai Peninsula Wednesday morning, according to The Alaska Earthquake Center.
The Alaska Earthquake Center reported the quake at 4.7 magnitude that occured at just after 7a.m., located near Tustumena Lake.
The earthquake’s epicenter was approximately 16 miles southeast of Kasilof at a depth of 34.3 miles.
