The Kenai Invitational Track and Field Meet with a full field of track programs representing Region III 4A and 3A, provided an early season preview of the Region III track championships.
The Soldotna Star girls outpointed Homer for the girls team title and the ACS boys topped Colony in the team scoring.

SoHi’s Daisy Nelson turned in a four, blue ribbon day winning the 100M, 200M, 400M, and anchoring the SoHi 4X200M Relay team.
SoHi’s Dalton Best won both the shot Put and the Discus. Dalton’s 48′ 8.75 in the Shot Put is second on the state best list. Dalton stands third in the Discus on the state best list.
Cook Inlet Academy’s Noah Leaf won the 110M Hurdles and the 300M Hurdles, recording the state’s fastest time in the 300M hurdles and second fastest in the 110M hurdles.
The SoHi girls 4X200M Relay team recorded the fastest outdoor time of the season.
SoHi’s Annie Quinn and Sylvia Tuasaula moved up to 4th and 5th on the state best list in the Shot Put
Kenai’s Abby Beck stands in third on the Discus list for state best throws.
