Earlier this summer The Travel Channel’s Hotel Impossible was on the Kenai Peninsula to film an episode of the popular reality show.
The show helps struggling hotels receive an extensive makeover by veteran hotel operator and hospitality expert Anthony Melchiorri and team.
The reality show aired its episode featuring Hooligans owner Molly Blakely-Poland Monday night, November 14th.
The episode’s description on the Travel Channel’s website reads: “At Hooligan’s Lodge in Soldotna, Alaska, Anthony meets an owner who won’t comply with the local fire code. She doesn’t pay her employees on time, and when she does, the checks bounce. Can Anthony give her a wake-up call before the place goes up in flames?”
Blakely-Poland says she got her lobby and office renovated. The before and after pictures are displayed below.
