Nikiski Man Arrested on Burglary, Theft Charges

Soldotna based Alaska State Troopers arrested a Nikiski Man yesterday on charges related to a burglary that took place May 2.

 

On that Monday, at approximately 3:09 pm, Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported burglary at a Nikiski residence.

 

Entry into the home was forced and several items including jewelry, electronics, and a firearm were reported stolen.

 

When the report was filed, 26-year-old Colin O’Sullivan was identified as a suspect.

 

After investigation, Troopers located O’Sullivan on Wednesday, May 25, and arrested him on charges of Burglary to the first degree, two counts of Theft to the second degree, and Criminal Mischief to the fourth.

 

He was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial Facility and held with no bail pending an arraignment.
