The 2017 Region II Track & Field Championships, featuring a total of 11 teams from throughout the Kenai Peninsula, Anchorage, Southcentral and the Mat-Su Valley, opens two days of competition on Friday, May 19 at Su-Valley School.
Performances at the Region II Championships are the only qualifiers to the small-school state championships based on ASAA guidelines.
