The Nikiski Bulldogs host the Kenai Kardinals in non-conference basketball at Nikiski on Thursday. Game times are scheduled for 6 and 7:30 p.m.
The Nikiski girls are coming off a 2-1 performance at the Joe Floyd tournament in Kodiak; the Bulldog boys finished play at the Joe Floyd tournament with an 0-3 record.
The Kenai girls closed the Clarke Cochrane Classic in Ketchikan with a victory and a 1-2 tournament record.

The SoHi boys host Kodiak for the conference opener on Friday and Saturday at Soldotna High School. Game times are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday.
The Star boys return from San Diego where SoHi finished 1-2 in the San Diego Surf ‘N Slam Tournament. The Kodiak boys closed play at the Joe Floyd tournament with a 61-57 victory over Nikiski.
