The Post 20 Twins American Legion baseball team hosted Dimond on Friday and Palmer on Sunday in Alaska Legion baseball action at Coral Seymour Memorial Park; recording a split in the conference games and a 2-2 record for the weekend.
Kenai Post 20 1 – Dimond 4
A four-run, seventh inning pushed the Dimond Legion team past Post 20 4-1 in conference play on Friday. Kenai won the non-conference game 7-2.
Kenai Post 20 4 – Palmer 1
The Twins recorded a 4-1 conference victory on Sunday over Palmer. The Moose take the non-confernce contest 13-4.
The Twins improve to 9-6 in Alaska Legion play.
Twins Baseball Schedule
Post 20 returns to Coral Seymour Memorial Park on Tuesday at noon to finish a rain-delay contest with Service. The game will be resumed in the third inning with Service leading 2-0.
The Twins are scheduled for a split doubleheader in Anchorage on Saturday, July 21st with a conference contest with Wasilla at 1 p.m., followed by a conference game against Ketchikan at 4 p.m.
