Bump, Set, Spike!
The high school volleyball season opens on Thursday at Kenai Central High School with the Kenai Kardinals hosting the Kotzebue Huskies, the opening game for the Kardinals and the first game of a week-long road trip for the Huskies.
Thursday’s game time at KCHS has been changed to a 7 p.m. varsity start time.
The Kardinals and Huskies will play at 11 a.m. on Friday at KCHS.
The Kardinals and Nikiski Bulldogs are scheduled to compete in the Homer Jamboree Volleyball Tournament on Saturday at Homer High School. The Soldotna Stars begin their competitive season next week.
