Senior Night at Soldotna High School for the SoHi volleyball program featured a non-conference pairing against the Kenai Kardinals and fundraising activities for the Stars’ “Pink Out” night for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
SoHi 3 – Kenai 1
The Soldotna girls controlled play in games one and two downing Kenai 25-15 and 25-19. Kenai battled to take game three 25-18 and the Stars closed out the match with a 25-14 win in game four. The Stars close the regular season with a 14-4 match record.
Kenai volleyball faces Homer on Friday at 5:30 p.m. and Seward on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. to wrap the Kardinals regular season. Kenai currently stands at 6-5 with two Southcentral Conference games remaining.
