The Nikiski Bulldogs defeated Grace Christian School in a five-game championship match at Anchorage Christian School on Saturday to claim the 2018 Southcentral Conference volleyball championship.
Nikiski and Grace battled through five games with the Bulldogs winning the decisive fifth game 15-13.
The Kenai Kardinals placed fourth at the Southcentral Conference Volleyball Championships falling to Homer in the third place game in three-straight 23-25,15-25 and 21-25.
Kenai advanced to the third place game with a victory over Anchorage Christian three games to one defeating the Lions 23-25, 25-15, 25-22 and 25-21.
