USA Today High School Sports announced the 2018 American Family Insurance All-USA Alaska Football selections. The Coach of the Year and All-State Team selections are based on the 2018 football season and include all three classifications of Alaska football.

Soldotna High School head coach Galen Brantley II was selected as the All-USA Alaska Football Coach of the Year based on the Soldotna Stars performance in the 2018 high school football season. Brantley guided the Stars to a 9-1 record and a seventh, consecutive state medium school football championship.

Five members of the Soldotna Stars football team were selected to the All-USA Alaska Football Team.
