The 2019 Northern Lights Conference Softball Championships, to be contested on the Kenai Fields and hosted by Kenai Central High School, have released the bracket for the two-day softball tournament scheduled for Friday and Saturday, May 24-25.
NLC Softball First Round Pairings
The #5 seed Kenai Kardinals open the tournament against #4 seed Houston on Friday at 10 a.m. The winner advances to the afternoon round to face the #1 seed Kodiak at 3 p.m.
The #2 seed Homer faces #3 seed Soldotna in the 12:30 p.m. game on Friday.
Double-elimination tournament play continues through Saturday with the championship game scheduled for 5:30 p.m. and the if-necessary game set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
