The Post 20 Twins closed tournament play with a 1-2 record following an elimination loss to Juneau 4-3 on Sunday afternoon at Mulcahy Park in Anchorage. The Twins second loss knocks Post 20 from the Alaska Legion State Tournament.

The Post 25 Midnight Suns from Juneau, the reigning two-time Alaska Legion baseball champions, rallied for a 4-3 victory over the Kenai Post 20 Twins with a game-winning run in the sixth inning breaking a 3-3 tie in Sunday’s elimination game.
The Twins scored three runs in the sixth to tie the game at 3-3; only to allow a lone Juneau run in the bottom of the frame. Mose Hayes threw a complete game for the Twins; Juneau scored runs in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth innings.
The Midnight Sun advance into Monday’s round; the Twins are eliminated.
