The high school football regular season opens Friday, August 16 with games throughout Alaska and with a little over a week of practice on the field, area high school football programs held scrimmage days on Saturday.

The Kenai Kardinals hosted peninsula schools Homer, Seward and Nikiski on Ed Hollier Field at KCHS Saturday.
SoHi Scrimmage vs Chugiak @ SoHi
The Soldotna Stars welcomed Division I Chugiak to a controlled scrimmage on Justin Maile Field at SoHi.
Football Week One
