The Soldotna Stars volleyball team remains unbeaten in head-to-head pairings with a three-game sweep of the Nikiski Bulldogs in Nikiski on Tuesday night.
The leaders of the Northern Lights Conference in 4A volleyball SoHi downed the top team in the Southcentral Conference of 3A volleyball Nikiski 25-11, 25-22 and 25-23. Itu Tuisaula lead the Stars with 16 kills, Sierra Kuntz recorded 24 assists. For the Bulldogs, Kaycee Bostic registered six kills and Kaitlyn Johnson recorded eight assists.
The Stars continue a full week of volleyball with a non-divisional contest on the road at Anchorage Christian School on Thursday, followed by a pair of conference games at Wasilla on Friday and Saturday.
