Skiba resisted the arrest process, and according to Trooper Dispatch, it took a short amount of time before Skiba was able to be taken into custody.

He was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial Facility on the two outstanding arrest warrants, plus an additional charge for resisting arrest.

One of the outstanding warrants was for probation violation with $1,500 bail, and the second warrant was for failing to appear for arraignment on a charge for theft in the fourth degree with a $100 bail.
