Similar to Primary Election Day on August 18, voters who wish to cast a ballot early will need to bring one form of identification to the voting location. Voters can also request an online ballot, but must do so by 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Instructions can be found on the Division of Elections website.
The Division of Elections: “The application to vote-by-mail has passed, that deadline was the 8th – ten days prior to the election. As far as the electronic transmission, voters can apply for that up until the 17th – the day before the election.”
A post card was sent in the mail to all voters with their polling location.
