River City Gymnastics Shines At Alaska State Meet

River City Cheer and Gymnastics competed at the 2021 Alaska Womens Gymnastics State on March 20th and 21st.

River City Gymnastics offers USAG Women’s competitive programs, training and competition in Level 2-10.

Level 2 Jr C:  Kari Hack took 1^st on Floor

Level 2 Sr A:  Jovee Matson took 1^st in Vault, Bars and Beam.  Jovee Matson placed 1^st  in All-Around with a 37.925

Charlotte Superman took 2^nd in Vault with a 9.3

Felicity Humphrey took 2^nd in Beam and Floor and 4^th on Vault

Kyra Gray took 3^rd on Beam

Charlotte Superman tied with Maggie Schaefer for 2^nd place with a 35.225

Isobel Brantley took 5^th on Vault, 4^th on Floor and placed 6^th in the All-around with a 35.325

Abigail Ziegler took 3^rd on Beam

This was Isabella O’Guinn’s last meet of her Junior Olympic Career.  She has been training with us for the last 8 years.

Isabella O’Guinn and Abriella Werner qualified for the Regional competition this year in Montana. They will compete on April 18^th.
