The Kachemak Conference and Northern Lights Conference wrestling tournaments open competition on Friday and will crown champions and determine state-qualifiers on Saturday.
The Kachemak Conference wrestling tournament is hosted at Nikiski High School and features Division II programs from the Kenai Peninsula, Anchorage and the Valley.
Kachemak Conference teams include: Nikiski, Kenai, Homer and Seward. Eighteen schools make up the Kachemak Conference.
The Northern Lights Conference wrestling tournament is hosted by Wasilla High School and features Division I programs: SoHi, Palmer, Wasilla, Colony and Kodiak.
ASAA State qualifiers will be determined at conference tournaments.
