The Stars post their sixth-straight victory leading into the Division II playoffs.

Tied at 27-27 into the fourth quarter of the Division II SoHi vs Division I South match-up at South Anchorage High School on Saturday, the teams combined for four touchdowns (two apiece) and SoHi sealed the game with an interception with no time remaining.
South Anchorage scored with 4:08 remaining to take a 41-35 lead over the Stars; however, apparently left too much time on the clock as the Stars marched 55 yards to a tying touchdown on a quarterback Brayden Taylor 4-yard run with :30 seconds remaining. Tied at 41-41, the Stars converted the PAT kick off the foot of Zac Buckbee for a 42-41 lead. South, with :08 seconds remaining attempted a hail-mary pass which was intercepted by SoHi safety Brayden Taylor with :00 showing on the clock. Final Score SoHi 42 – South 41.

The Stars completed Northern lights Conference play with a 4-0 record earning the #1 seed and a home playoff game. North Pole finished second to Lathrop in the Railbelt Conference.
