Alaska State Troopers report that on Thursday, April 28 at 7:00 p.m., a female called 911 reporting her husband was acting strange and had been drinking in the South Beach area of the Kasilof River. A half hour later, Alaska State Troopers located the vehicle and suspect driving just south of Soldotna.
The vehicle was stopped by troopers and the driver was identified as 38-year-old Adam Kosydar of Nikiski, who admitted to consuming alcohol and was acting in a bizarre manner.
