The Kenai Post 20 Twins baseball team closed the regular season with a pair of victories; then, had to wait until Saturday night for the final list of qualifiers for the Alaska Legion state baseball tournament. The Twins earn the #7 seed and are placed in the Alyeska Pool. Eagle River earns the #1 seed with a 15-1 overall record; Chugiak finishes 13-3 for the #2 seed.

The Alaska Legion State Baseball opens play at Mulcahy Park in Anchorage on Thursday, July 21st. Pool play is scheduled for Thursday through Sunday with the top two teams in each pool advancing to bracket play.
