The 2022 Region III-Northern Lights Conference Swimming & Diving Championships, featuring athletes from ten schools, will be hosted by Palmer High School running October 27-29 in the Palmer Pool.
Region III Schools include: Palmer, Colony, Cordova, Homer, Kenai, Kodiak, Seward, Soldotna, Unalaska and Wasilla

4:15 p.m. Diving Preliminary
…Female Diving (until completion Female dive prelims)

Friday October 28th
10:45 a.m. Swimming Preliminaries begin
…After swimming prelims: 45-minute female diving warm-ups;
Female diving semis (top 10 divers)
Male diving semis (top 10 divers)
Saturday October 29th
12:00 p.m. Swimming & Diving Finals begin
ASAA State Qualifying Standards
Individual Swim Events: The first place finisher from each Conference qualifying meet finals plus the next twelve best times will qualify to the State Championships for a total of 16 swimmers.
Relay Teams: The first place relay team from each Conference qualifying meet finals plus the next four best times will qualify to the State Championships for a total of eight relay teams.
Individual Dive Events: The top two finishers from each Conference qualifying meet finals plus the next eight best scores will qualify to the State Championships for a total of 16 divers.
