The first auction begins at 11 a.m. (with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m.), selling properties in Willow and Wasilla, Alaska.
The second auction begins at 1:30 p.m. (with registration beginning at 1 p.m.), selling real estate in Valdez, Alaska.
The first item scheduled for the 11 a.m. auction is a cabin on 1.24 acres, utilities on the property, located at 15914 N. Darrel Dr., Willow, AK 99654. The account number is 1212B02L008 and the parcel ID is 15666. The minumum bid starts at $65,250.
The second item for the 11 a.m. auction is .96 acres of land located at 7531 W. Scarlet Dr., Wasilla, AK 99623. Account number 6429B04L023 and parcel ID 41364. The minimum bid starts at $15,000.
The third item for the 11 a.m. auction is .92 acres of land located at 7418 W. Golden Dr., Wasilla, AK 99623. Account number 6429B01L016 and parcel ID 10032. The minimum bid starts at $13,500.
The above properties are offered for sale separately and in the aggregate. Viewing the properties is drive by only.
Before being permitted to bid at the sale, bidders shall display to the IRS, a certified check or cashier’s check of at least 10% of the amount of the bid payable to the United States District Court for the District of Alaska. The successful bidder shall tender the balance of the purchase price at the office of the Internal Revenue Service within 60 days after the date the bid is accepted.
The only item for the 1 p.m. auction is property containing roughly 18 acres located at 505 Airport Road, Valdez, AK 99686. The property ID number is 4868-000-002-1. The minimum bid starts at $86,400.
For this property, full payment due upon acceptance of highest bid. Payment can be made by certified cashier’s or treasurer’s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorportated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States. Payment can also be made by United States postal, bank or express money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury.
Bidders have the option to participate in-person at the live auction or by mailing in a bid on or before May 15, 2023.
