At this time, AT&T cell phones in the Kenai Peninsula are unable to reach 9-1-1 via voice but can text 9-1-1.
It appears AT&T phones can only call other AT&T subscribers this time. This is also impacting the business lines for the Alaska State Troopers and the Soldotna Police Department on the Kenai Peninsula.
This outage appears to only be impacting AT&T cell phones. If you have an AT&T phone and need to reach emergency services please send a text message to 9-1-1.
