The specific amendment for Homer Airport involves the RNAV (GPS) Z RWY 4 procedure, which has been updated to Amendment 1C, effective Feb. 20, 2025.

The FAA has determined that these amendments are routine and necessary to keep flight procedures operationally current, with minimal anticipated economic impact.
The changes are effective immediately upon publication to address immediate flight safety needs, as previously issued in a Flight Data Center (FDC) Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM).
