Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA) is accepting sealed online bids to purchase several real estate properties. Bidding opened Tuesday and will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 11.
The auction is being conducted online, and all interested parties must submit their bids electronically before the deadline. HEA has indicated that the bidding period may be extended if no acceptable offers are received by the cutoff date.
The official Invitation to Bid Packet contains detailed information about the available properties and specific bidding instructions. Interested bidders can also submit written inquiries to [email protected] for further clarification.
To participate in the bidding process, participants must complete a Bidder Registration Form and submit a Real Property Bid Form for each property of interest.
Once registered, bidders will receive access to relevant property documents within one business day. Additional information or updates may also be shared via email through addendums.
