Update: Power was restored around 10:45pm
Homer Electric Association is reporting an outage that began around 9:00 pm this evening that is currently affecting around 1600 customers at the intersection of K-Beach Road and the Sterling Highway in Kasilof to Mile 14 K-Beach Road
The cause of the outage is unknown at this time but HEA has said the outage should be repaired very soon.
