The Fairbanks Ice Dogs, champions of the Midwest Division of the North American Hockey League, advance to the NAHL championships Robertson Cup.
Fairbanks advances to the finals following a sweep of Michigan in the semi-final round, two games to none. Fairbanks defeated Michigan 3-1 in game one and 3-0 in game two.
