At 5:40pm a two vehicle collision at mile 146 of the Sterling Hwy (Happy Valley area) was reported to AST.
There is one confirmed fatality and multiple injured.
The highway is closed while first responders on scene.
Motorists should use caution and avoid the area, if possible.
The incident is under investigation.
