The three statewide ballot initiatives to tax and regulate marijuana, raise minimum wage in Alaska, and add a step to large scale mine permitting processes in the Bristol Bay were certified by Alaska’s Lt. Governor today.
As laid out in Alaska state statutes, the initiatives will become effective 90 days after certification.
