At the November 25 Kenai Peninsula Borough assembly meeting the laydown item supporting the formation of the K-Beach High Water Drainage Task Force was passed.
That group is set to include members of the Department of Natural Resources, the Kenai Peninsula Borough along with private members of the community and residents with appropriate expertise who aim to come together and respectively find solutions for the K-Beach flooding problems.
The task force will meet for a second time tonight from 6 pm-8:30 pm in the Soldotna Borough Assembly Chambers.
