On December 9 Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited 67 year old Luigi Ippolito of Galt California for claiming Alaska residency on sport fishing licences.
Ippolito allegedly claimed residency on three applications in 2011, 2012, and 2014 and at that time he was a resident of California.
Bail was set for him at $930 in the Homer District Court.
