Governor Bill Walker’s Inaugural Ball happening in Kenai on January 30 has added ticket purchase locations around the Kenai Peninsula.
Sara Pozonsky is a co-chair on the Kenai Peninsula Inaguration Ball Committee…
Pozonsky: “Well it’s a real festive atmosphere, we’re celebrating the new Governor of Alaska and the Lieutenant Governor. We’ll have dinner and dancing and we’re going to do some toasts and it will just be a really fun night, very fun and festive is what we’re hoping for.”
She added there are no more sponsor tables available but there are individual seats and if one location has sold out of their tickets, those interested should try another purchase location.
The ball is being held at the Old Kenai Mall, doors open at 5:30 pm on January 30 with a Cocktail reception beginning at 6:00 pm and dinner is served at 6:30 pm, followed by the program.
Tickets are $50 and the updated list of vendors can be found below.
