Kenai Peninsula College’s spring semester is back in full swing and enrollment is up for the semester.
Kendrick: “The last time I looked at the numbers we were actually slightly ahead of the spot that we were at the same time last year, which in the current university environment is very very good. Kenai Peninsula College is very fortunate to have healthy enrollments, our programs are very strong.”
That was Suzie Kendrick with the college who also reminded anyone interested in still registering that they have not missed the boat.
Kendrick: “We have late registration all this week so that will run from Monday until the 16th of January which is Friday but you are going to have to come onto campus to do that.”
She added that the college has recently expanded its courses relating to Alaska Native Languages and a list of course descriptions can be found on the new website which was launched at the beginning of Christmas break.
