The old Carrs Mall hasn’t seen much activity in the last few years, but the Governor and his distinguished guests will soon grace the halls of the former supermarket.
The venue was debuted this year as the location for the annual Industry Outlook Forum. Dennis Smith with Alaska Waste was impressed…
Smith: “Well, I haven’t been in this venue before, and I am really pleasantly surprised. The chandeliers above, well lit, large facility to accommodate a meeting of this size, and of course, the inaugural ball is going to be located here January 30th, so I didn’t realize this was here and it’s a pleasant surprise to be in this nice forum with lots of space.”
Doors open at 5:30 pm on January 30 with a cocktail reception and dinner will be served at 6:30pm when the program begins.
All tickets have been collected from in person ticket locations around the Kenai Peninsula but anyone still interested may call 283-8390
