A 26-year-old felon was reported missing by his third party custodian in Homer last Tuesday.

On February 24th, Anchor Point State Troopers were notified Steven D. House had run away from the residence where he was ordered to stay by the courts. He’s previously been arrested for a variety of theft charges and violating conditions of release.

Around 9pm that evening the custodian checked on House only to find the man had tucked pillows into his bed to make it appear he was sleeping.

Officers were unable to immediately find House and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Anyone with information about House’s location is asked to contact their local police department or Alaska State Troopers post.
