Central Emergency Services is on scene at a residential fire on Robinson Loop in Sterling.
Nelson: “We are at the corner of Valley View and Robinson Loop for a residential cabin fire, we’re fighting the fire right now. There was one occupant at the time of the fire who did get out, did suffer some non-life threatening injuries and was transported from the scene in our ambulance. We’re probably going to be on scene for another hour or so getting the fire fully out and mopping up and conducting an investigation. As of right now we have no idea what started the fire. We’ll be wrapping up as soon as we can.”
CES Safety Officer Brad Nelson said the small cabin was almost entirely consumed and it’s unlikely they’ll be able to determine the cause.
