Agencies from the State DOT to the Kenai Peninsula Borough have predicted an earlier project season.
Jeff Warton with Spenard Builders Supply says the same goes for the 36th Annual Home Show.
Warton: “It is earlier than usual but given the weather we’re having maybe it’s just at the right time because of how warm things have been.”
Each year Kenai Peninsula residents attend for creative ideas before the summer projects start but this year it is the last weekend of March.
Warton: “A great place to find out more about home building, home builders, is the Kenai Peninsula Home Builders and Spenard Builders Supply Home Show which is going to be on March 28 and 29 at the Soldotna Sports Center. So come on down and see what’s new and take a look at what’s new and see if there’s a project in your future.”
