Alaska Communications customers should be back online after internet outages.
“This morning some of our internet users experienced intermittent connectivity problems, we have now resolved these issues. If you are still experiencing connection issues please power cycle your modem by unplugging it from its power source for 60 seconds. Your service should then be restored.”
Heather Cavanaugh with Alaska Communications said only a handful of Kenai residents would have been affected.
Cavanaugh: “It was construction work not performed by our company so that’s all that I can share.”
She said the outage was most noticed between 8 – 9 am.
