Beech: “So far we have Senator Micciche has about 30 pies coming to him, Michele Glaves has about 15, Charlie Weimer has about 30 pies and then Mayor Navarre, since he’s not going to be able to attend tonight, actually gave me $40 to spread the love amongst all 10 of us.”
Pie throwing starts tonight at the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex at 7pm. Pies are $5 for one or $10 for three.
Beech said there will be no pie “smooshing” in faces, only throwing.
