Homer Electric Association restored power to over 800 Kasilof members this afternoon after someone working in the area fell a tree onto a power line.
The outage began around 12:30 pm; Joe Gallagher detailed the area affected.
Gallagher: “From the intersection of K-Beach Road to the Sterling Highway in Kasilof. And then along the Sterling Highway towards Soldotna to just about Skyview Ave.”
Crews repaired that outage within three hours.
