Alaska Communications Services customers have been experiencing very slow internet with the inability to access some websites.
The tech support line confirmed this is a statewide problem at the moment.
“Our home internet customers across the state have reported slow connections as well as not being able to browse the internet. Our engineers are aware and working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with updates as they become available.”
