There will be no public hearings at this week’s Soldotna City Council meeting but the Sports Center’s reroof is on the agenda.
The council will introduce an ordinance to increase revenues and appropriations by $120,000 to complete the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex Roof Replacement Project.
In July of 2014 an ordinance was enacted which appropriated a grant of $1,200,000 for that project but the city has determined the need for further funding.
No action will be taken at the March 11 meeting which begins at 6 pm, the ordinance will only be introduced.
Public hearing on the ordinance is scheduled for March 25.
