As we previously reported, additional public testimony with be heard on House Bill 77 at 3:30 pm today in the Senate Resources Committee.
We spoke with Sen. Peter Micciche on Monday, March 10, about HB 77 before any public testimony was heard.
Sen. Micciche: “We really want to inform constituents that we’re working hard on House Bill 77 right now. I want to thank folks in Soldotna and Homer, we had capacity crowds in both locations, a lot of questions about the bill, and again I want to thank my constituents in being so active in this effort.”
