Alaska Sen. Dan Sullivan spoke with Liz MacDonald on Fox Business with Keith Kellogg, Retired Army Lt. Gen. on the results of President Biden’s decision to pull Americans out of Afghanistan by August 31.
Meanwhile, more than two-dozen Republican senators are calling on President Biden to release information on how many Americans, green card holders, and special immigrant visa applicants are still in Afghanistan. The 26 GOP senators sent the President a letter calling on him to put out that information. In the letter they write, “Americans need to see that the United States will not abandon them to terrorists abroad forever.”
Secretary of State Antony Blinken says 100 to 200 U.S. citizens remain in Afghanistan.
