Ravn Alaska is offering expanded options for customers traveling within the state to include a frequent flyer agreement with Alaska Airlines. Travelers now will be able to choose between earning and redeeming FlyCoin Rewards or the frequent-flyer program of Alaska Airlines. Those who want to earn miles need an Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan account, according to Alaska Airlines.
As of August 12, when booking through Ravn Alaska’s website, guests will see Alaska Airlines added as a loyalty program. The benefits will begin to accumulate for those who prefer to use their Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, however, they will not see the miles in their Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan account till later this year.
In 2022, customers will have the ability to redeem miles on Alaska Airlines.
