Many local businesses had their internet and telephone capabilities affected as a result of the service outage Tuesday afternoon. Additionally, during this service outage, some local grocery stores resorted to only using cash and check.

If your service is still not working, there are several steps you should follow:

  • If your DSL modem does not have a solid DSL or SYNC light, disconnect it and power off for one minute, then reconnect to power.
  • If after five minutes your service has not been restored, please submit a support request through AccountView using a mobile phone or an alternative internet connection through a link here.
