Close to 8am this morning, State Troopers followed up on a 911 call reporting a man passed out in the woodline off Shadura Road in Kasilof.
Officers found 27-year-old Marshall Ray Mills of Palmer at 7:50am.
AST says Mills was wanted for Vehicle Theft I in an unrelated case. He was arrested on the outstanding warrant and remanded to Wildwood Pre-Trial Facility on $10,000 bail.
